Pure and simple extortion. Tried to fight back without a lawyer within the judicial system against this company... but to no avail. Lying was the primary tactic by Checkrites' attorney.
I PAID the original amount to the retailer, (who is out of the loop once checkrite is involved) Checkrite charged me 1200% of the original amount.
