And the scammers know this as well..I would love one of those myself if it were possible and feasible..but I would just not send any money to an unknown source to buy something of this nature.

First I would check to see if it is legal to purchase or own one and are any special permits or conditions required. This is not like adopting a Tabby.

Then I would investigate the company...which I did. And the only thing that comes up..is your ripoff report..and 2 others.

Upon further investigation (30 seconds online) I found...

In most United States jurisdictions, you would need to have specific permits and have your land classified/zoned as a sanctuary, reserve or zoo. There are very specific laws in each state regarding wild animals and most places will not allow an individual to keep animals (such as big cats and other large predators) in any other fashion. You will, however, always find a few people who manage to circumvent the laws, but that's very dangerous water in which to tread. But on the whole, apart from your normal domestic animals (dogs, cats) most other animals cannot be kept without exotic pet permits.

So you would need to have the land and money..and most likely it would have to be for breeding purposes...because Cheetahs are a dying breed.

I was able to find what I believe is a legit site for owning a miniature cheetah (known as a Savannah Cat). They cost $5000.00. You have to sign a code of ethics..meet requirements..Speak with the breeder on the phone for months..and actually meet the breeder in person, imagine that?...So no..you can not order a wild exoctic animal online and pick it up at a Sonics.
