Chelsey or Mike well known for taking broken horses from auction, selling them as sound Algonac, Michigan

Chelsey is well known in our area for taking horses from the local auction and from a backyard Tennessee Walker Breeder, breaking them using HORRIBLE methods, such as choking and turning them out in the pasture for days tacked up. My rescue has personally received two of these horses. One is a three year old walker she sold to a first time buyer as sound. It has a genetic disorder in its stifles that makes it unable to be ridden, EVER. The second was a 9 year old mare I also acquired from a first time buyer who's injuries were "catastrophic" according to my vet and we had to euthanize her immediately. I have photos of her farm and witnesses who have watched her choke horses out to "break" them
