We had some technicians from Chem Dry come out to clean carpet that had very little stains and they did a HORRIBLE job! They promise you that they will take care of the stains and paint a great picture but after they get your money, it's a total different story. They are a bunch of liars and deceitful company. I WILL be taking them to small claims court. The owner, Justine, stated that they were going to come out and upgrade our cleaning package at no additional cost but when the technicians arrived, it was a totally different story. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY BELIEVE THEIR OWN LIES.
