It's pretty simple... No legitimate international company should or would need to use the bank account of one ordinary person to process their info. This ranks right up there with the package forwarding schemes.

you guys report this as fraud/rippoff but give no explanation? have any of you recieved and cashed one of these checks. have you waited till your bank says its cleared? I dont see how you would get screwed if your bank clears the check then it would be on them. you can even go so far as contacting the person who sent it to you to make sure they did indeed sign the check and it was for debt. email if you have more info thanks,

Cash Checking - Part Time Job ..JOB SEEKERS BEWARE..

This is a response I received when I e-mailed Chempacon to inform them that their work at home business was a FRAUD and a SCAM.....I noticed yesterday 5/20/2004 that Monster.com had the job listed for all major cities throughout the USA......
Check this out...........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That report on website comes from our former employee. He was trying all means to get more money from us(i.e. delaying payments, adding charges which never occured etc.). At one point that person tried to make us pay him more than agreed. We terminated contract and now in process of retrieving our money from him through US goverment agencies. His last email was something about he will make it's way harder for us to find someone else for this position. So now I see how
he did that.
We are successful european company and we are registered with
Dun&Bradstreet.
We are a manufacturer of chemicals and process technology for surface finishing, imaging, PWB metallisation, and plating. Our products find use in auto industry, marine manufacturing, as well as construction materials production. We also manufacture metal finishing machines and accessories, that we lease to other big businesses all over the world. You are involved in cash management of a part of our leasing
business. I hope this short summary answers your questions, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask any time.
If it's too good to be true it probably is...!!!!!!!!!
