If you buy anything from over sea (especially from China), you should not have any expectation of what you are getting. You are lucky if you get anything shipped to you at all. In most cases, you won't get what you ordered. Also, do not expect any customer service if you buy anything online from another country. There should not be any surprised about that because the reason is obvious.

Bottom line, you are very likely to get ripped off by the venders because they don't need and/or obligate to follow the rules in the U.S., period.
