Cheri Kaplan was my Real Estate Agent on the sale of my property in Weston Florida. Prior to her listing my home we both agreed to a 25% referral fee on her commission to be paid back to me when my home sold. On May 15, 2017 my home sold and she attemped to include the referral fee in the closing paperwork. However, due to her incompetence in the companies dotloop software she included the buyer to sign off on the referral fee. Buyer was never in agreement, nor should be included in this portion of the transaction. I am now out of this referral fee!!! In addition Cheri did not conduct a walk threw with the buyer on the sceduled date.
I attempted to contact Cheri Kaplan's immediate supervisor Natascha Tello (natascha@telloteam.com). Natasha Tello responded "Thank you for reaching out. I am in receipt of your email and will pull the file and reasearch it on our end. I will be back in touch with my findings." This response was emailed to me on August 23, 2017 and nothing afterwards.
If, this is the way Keller Williams Realty conducts business please DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! In the future I will not use this company for any of my real Estate needs.

The report that was filed was not factual. The court and court magistrate determined that the seller could not receive a seller credit. The paperwork was not submitted therefore to be included on the closing statement. It is unfortunate that monies cannot be paid outside of closing and the broker would be subject to a fine and my license could be revoked.

Cheri Kaplan's immediate Supervisor Natascha Tello failed to respond after an email I sent to her indicating that Cheri agreed to provide me with my fee.
I posted a review on Facebook to ensure that any future sellers will be hesitant to use Keller Williams and Cheri's services. My review got a response by Mark Lyon. Mark Lyon's reponse read "Cheri never reneges on her fees. You must be smokin something woman". Now, Mark Lyon is the Team Leader/CEO for Keller Williams Realty Premier Propertties. You would think that Mark is aware of what his Team is doing! Apparently Not! Furthermore, it is very unprofessional to address a former customer as smokin something!! Mark are you also, aware that your other employee Melanie Hyer received $3,500 from me on the sale of the property which she did not report to your company. I guess not!
