Cheryl Erber and Associates I paid her considerable retainer for family law case, all she did was give me a bunch of wrong information and file the divorce petition Palo Alto, California

I paid a 1750$ retainer regarding consultation for a divorde proceeding and Cheryl spent around 2 hours giving me (mostly wrong) advice. The a couple of emails went back and forth (very brief) and she filed the petition with the court.
However, she managed to get several mistakes and typos into that petition although I had filled out most of the forms myself and then asked me for 50$ more to cover the bill. I received a billing statement from her that was truly outrageous. I never went back to her and do not plan to do so, I really feel ripped off. She also gave me advice that would have been to my disadvantage if I took it.
