Purchased a used mobile home in November, as a added "service" they re-sealed and winterized the unit.  De-winterized in teh spring and took on first trip - laundry list of issues.  We reached out to the sales person who said he would take care of it, he continues to forward us to others who do not return our calls.  The extended warranty is a fraud, they own the warranty company - generic voicemail and they do not return calls or request for service provider.

I dont think we are the first people to have thi problem with Chesaco RV, very very frusterating!

Some advice on how to deal with your dealer.

Do not talk to your sales man ever again. For service and repair issues sales men are about as usefull as an Ice maker at the south pole.

Present yourself at the "Service" counter and demand to see the s"Service Manager". You are past phoning as you have proved that does not work.

By polite but do not take no for an answer.

If he refuses to speak to you you want to speak to the "Dealer Principle" This could be an owner or CEO or General Manager depending on the dealership.

Do not leave the premises until you have spoken to someone with manager in his name and have a comitment of repair, dates and coverage.

If that does not work call BBB, and file a small claims suit for return of  your extended warranty premium.

Good bLuck
