Chevon Gas Station Rip off - misleading Salt Lake City Utah

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
On March 10, 2014 I pumped gas at the Pioneer CHevron Station in Salt Lake City on my way to the airport. I thought to have read on the pump 3.49 for regular gas. After having paid and later reviwing the charge, I realized that I had paid 3.999 for the gallon. When driving up on that road towards the car rental return, I saw two more sations who were offering gas in the 3.20 range. I consider this either price gauging or rip off. I would never go back to this sation and will also avoid Chevron as a brand in the future.

Odds are that you used a debit/credit card right at the pump. When you do that the price jumps up. In 2012/2013 the PCI or payment card industry raised the per use costs. Roughly from.08 cents to .45+ per unit. But its all a moot point as YOUR recollection is not as clear as it could be. Awful nice of you to bash a business online for something they have ZERO control over. Just goes to show how petty and immature YOU are. Im betting you dont even have a reciept to back up your bashing. No that would be too convenent. Did you take a picture or ANYTHING to back up your claims? No probably not. Stop being a sheep, you dont look good in wool.
