This company uses bait and switch tactics. I was quoted one rate initially on a new purchase. The builder Pulte Homes recommended we use CHICAGO TITLE based in San Diego. They switched the fees on me at the closing table... I am currently seeking legal action against this shady outfit.

I would stay far away from them.
