CHICVINTERNATIONALHOLDINGLIMITED NORACORA . An order I placed almost a month ago has not been received by me although the money was withdrawn from my account. They do not respond to email inquiries and their order tracker on the website does not work.

I placed an order for clothing and jewelry with a company called Noracora at the beginning of April (2020). I received a confirmation email and subsequently a notice that my order had been shipped. As of yet, no order has arrived (22 days later). They do not respond to email inquiries at the service address given in the confirmation email and on their website. I have sent two emails to the service address, neither of which has been answered. When I try to track the order using the order# I get back a non-specific "your order has been shipped" response.
I suspect that I spent close to $100 on a scam site: Noracora and its holding company (ChicV International Holding Limited).
