child support office(temple hills,md) lurden elizabeth duarte im neing sending documents/proof of full custody and divorce from my stepdaughter to this office they never put any attention to my situation,meantime the mother of my stepdaughter is cashing checks from child support for the last 3 years without being in the same household or supporting her kid.is this a ripoff or fraud to the md state? temple hills Maryland

im being sending documents/proof of full custody to the child support office at temple hills,md but they never do anything about it.the mother is cashing checks from child support of maryland state for the last 3 years.she abandonned my stepdaughter since 2012 i fight the custody of my stepdaugter and if was granted fully on my favor,but her mother still getting chid support from maryland state.this office located in temple hills never put attention to my complaints assuming that i need a case number,number that ido not have because im not the recipient or biological father.by the way i have the custody based on child support neglect /abuse from her mother

It seems as if you are leaving a few things out here.
You really haven't said what your specific role in all of this is, but if this is your Step Daughter we can only figure that you married the biological father, and are presumably still married. If this is not the case then I really don't know what your role in all of this is. Especially when it comes to the support. I can't tell if the courts did or did not award you LEGAL custody, as you can't just get custody by "default".
As for the Support. If there is a Court Order for Child Support, then the only thing that can change that is another Court Order. Until then you can talk, beg, scream, argue, write letters, or post signs. But nothing will change that original Court Order, and nothing here has indicated you have gone to the courts to modify the order.
Figuring it is the father who has a support order, then the father has to go to the courts to petition them to modify/cancel the order. Any custody you may have has nothing to do with any support that may be paid unless your name is on the Support Order from the Courts.
As for what she spends it on, there is really no law or regulation that says she has to spend it on certain things. As long as the child is being taken care of she can spend it on food, a car, or a trip to Hawaii if she wanted.
