Chillaxwear.com Chillax Wear Chillaxwear Chillax Sent wrong size then said I had to pay to return them to China Miami Florida

So I saw a ad for dress shirts on Instagram. In the pictures they looked really nice. I used their size chart to figure out what size to order. I am a 3XL and the chest measurements matched what I am. When the shirts arrived (took over 30 days) The quality was horrible, cheaper than a undershirt you would order from Walmart. So I tried them on aand they were so tiny. Yhey were smaller that a Large shirt here in the USA.

I contacted them by email as they have no phone number ( I knew that was a bad sign). I recieved a reply from them saying I had to send them back to China and get them their within 7 days (at my cost). They wanted pictures of the shirts, wanted a tacking # and a picture of the box. I said this is your mistake so why should I pay ? They said it was in their company policy(which is not shown at time of order)

Fortunately I had paid by PayPal so I took action with them. Companies the Chillaxwear are just hoping you get tired of fighting them and they keep your money. If you go on their Instagram or Facebook page you can see they delete all of the comments as I'm sure they were all bad.
