To be brief this character Craig Hill (real name is Kenneth Craig Hill) has been scamming people for years according to the below links. He currently operates a blog where he collects email addressesfrom peoplewho register to comment. He then uses those emails to said phony job offers in China where he has friends to "confirm" the offer via a disposable mobile phone. Then he insists that you send copiesof your resume, passport, visa, and even your photo. He may even conduct a fake Skype interview with an HR Director of famous company if you don't cooperate immediately.

Once he gets all your personal information, he "regretfully"informs you that another "better qualified candidate was selected".  You will think this is the end of it but two things happen next... 1) You start getting unsolicited callas and emails to teach English in China for China ESL and he directs you to contact a woman named Rebecca Tang (she pays him money for the refferals) and then 2) About 6-9 months later the police will contact you about your overdue Visa or Master Card bills (often more than $15,000).

After they arrest you and hire an expensive lawyer you will learn that this a**hole stole your identity and sold all those documents to Chinese identity thieves. Eventually you will sort it all out and maybe after a year, restore your good credit.  But it will cost you a fortune in legal fees and a lot of aggravating lost time emailing and talking with Equifax, the cops, and Visa/MC security people.  Here are the links that tell the history of this former Australian prison guard turned scam artist named Kenneth Craig Hill of the China Daily Mail blog.
