I was sent an email about this chinese weight loss tea that I could get for the free trial period. It seemed good b/c I really wanted to lose weight but that was in July. I spoke to the company demanding a refund for I have never received the "weight loss tea". Today's date is August 15th 2008. I called them yesterday noticing that I had a significant over draft fee.
I was charged 175.51 and I called the number they attached with their withdraw at my bank. I spoke to someone at the tea "call center" stating the would refund my 175.51 as well as my 2.95 and was told that I would receive it back the same day. Today is the 15th and I called them again but they said it was still in "PROGRESS". My bank said that no refund was even coming through on my account.
I called my bank and they said the best thing is to do an account swap. For those already victimized by this scam. Do the same. It is the best thing you can do. Stop it before it is too late. I will keep you informed if I will receive the refund but what I have read on this site tells me I won't. I have a small daughter and now I am broke from over draft fees out the wazoo and bills I can't pay for.

Everything they claimed was false. Then, they charged me with all the extra ebooks and insider secrets that I never signed up for. They told me that I automatically signed up when I ordered Wu-yi, and that they cannot give me a refund. I told them they are a total rip-off.
