Chittim Oil invested in a well and was lied to throughout the whole process Houston Texas

After being approched by Bob Fox, me and some other investors flew to Texas and drove out to the well site and spent time with Danny Davis, Bob Fox and Marvin Markman. They seemed like very honest people and were very excited about what they had put together. I decided to invest based on the type of people they seemed to be. I felt like we all did our dudilligence and felt good about the situation. It wasnt untill after they had my money that I started to get suspicious. They seemed to have all the answers so I kept playing along and even invested more money when they said they need some cash to finish things up. They all said we could call any time and that they would gladly keep us updated. However that was mot the case. They were dificult to get a hold of and to get helpful information from. The stories constantly changed when we were able to talk. Bob Fox was by far the worst and I relaized that he could not be trusted at all. After realizing what kind of person he was I stopped dealing with him completely. I would call and leave messages for chaz Robertson but he did not respond. Me and a couple other investors had a conference calls with Danny and Marvin and, without saying it,  they pretty much had the additude that we should just shut up, not worry about it and let them do thier job and we would be rolling in the money in no time. At one point Danny said the well would fart more than 300 barrles a day. They all kept laying it on thick and telling us what we wanted to hear, and speaking to technical terms and talking over our understanding to the point that we didnt know what to ask or how to ask it. So consiquently, I contacted a freind of mine that was an oil well completions engineer in Alaska and ask his advise. I had him speak with Danny directly and offer his help on how to proceed. In his opinion the well should of produced but he felt like Danny ands Marvin had made a critical mistake that kept that from happening. Danny had even admitteded at one piont that they had screwed up. My freinds name is Bryce, I'm sure he would be willing to share his thoughts and the things he discussed with Danny. On another note, I'm wondering if Danny and Marvin carry a professioal liability insurance policy like an Erros and Omissions type policy for mistakes in the drilling process. Just  a thought. I'm happy to share more if needed.
