Mike Chizek is known by all his employees as a thief. Believe me, I drive for them,what a mistake, but he deffinatly steals money from all his employees by skimming money off the top of all the loads. The local drivers get the worst. They are on percentage. They are supposed to get a % of what the truck actualy makes. 21% for loads comming out of Weye CO. in Manitowoc WI and 25% for all other loads. Mike has hidden the true price of what the truck makes and thinks he is fooling the local drivers by giving them a false dollar amount thus paying them less than what is actually being made. Skimming. What a thieving b*****d.

By skimming he can also take some of this money he just stole from the driver and give it back saying it is a bonus. So, the driver is actually paying themselves their own bonus with money Mike stole from them in the first place. Crook!!!

Bonus's for the milage guys has now been changed from a safety bonus to a fuel mileage bonus. Well, Mike was paying out too many bonus's so he bought cheaper low sulfer fuel which lowered everyones fuel mileage to begin with and then f***ed them all on their bonus.Mike is lucky this is'nt the old west. We all know what happend to thiefs back then.

Mike also will charge you for any damage to your truck,blown steer tires damaged tires what ever, no matter if it was your fault or not. He will deduct it from your check with out your permission, which is totally illegel or take your bonus, which was initaly stolen from you wages anyway.

Do not even think of working for this company unless you like being stole from and force dispatched. Apply at McDonalds, they at least treat you like a human and pay you for your work.
