back around sept 18, 2010 i filed on line for a payday advance.   biggest mistake ever.  this company along with two others automatically debited my account for services that i did not want.  when i spoke to jean roberts she refused to refund my money.  if i was trying to get a loan(which i did not receive) why in the world would i want a stupid credit card to order things off line- common sense i need money to pay bills- not to waste on a card and shopping with them- 14 other people have filed complaints with the bbb- everyone that has been robbed by this company needs to filed a complaint - so that this will not happen to innocent people again.
