Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Their customer service is horrible. You only have to read other ripoffreport testimonials and the hidden but accessible Yelp reviews to see that they are an unprofessional operation. And not only that, Greg Nazarian, the owner, will threaten to sue you if you write a negative Yelp review. That is a fact. Avoid them.

To whom it may concern:
The statements made by this user on ripoffreport are not true. By law you canno't sue customers for bad reviews.
However it is possible to sue consumers for slandering. In any case, choice granite has never sued customers. Feel free to check the court system.
Our customer service is not horrible we have over 100 postive reviews on yelp.com - spread accross 4 locations. Feel free to check out all of our reviews on Angies list, super pages, google, and also visit out pictures of our work page. If that is not enough, we can e-mail you a document of 100 previous clients phone # that you can contact and ask them about our work. Please do not pay any attention to this rip off report because it is false.
