Ordered a trial offer on these caffeine pills from Green Coffee/Nutriburn/K2click, not quite sure who they are. Didn't like the pills, didn't use them. Forgot to cancel the trial order, so they sent me another order for $67.46. When I returned home from college, I called them and followed their exact directions as to how to return them and get a refund. The thing they kept saying is write the RMA# on the outside and inside of the package. I did this. I have the receipt and the U.S. Post Office scanned in the delivery on 12/24/13 at 13:30 in Salt Lake City, UT. To date, March 12, there has been no refund, despite 5-7 phone calls and numerous promises that the refund has been processed. I even fax'd them a copy of a bank statement proving that the refund has not been recieved. Recently, it appears that they moved their phone bank call center from Utah to an Indian sounding group. They said they are out of Florida but I found it doubtful. I am not going to die without the $67.46 but felt I should report their ongoing fraud because they are scamming people. Stay away from these people.
