Choice one communications Summons dept Scamming/ fraud call Biddeford Maine

 It's a recording from a summons dept with an automated voice and a females voice stating that I am being charged with 2 counts in my county for fraudulent activity and that I need to call their legal dept before a summons is sent to my home or business address and if I don't I lose all rights after the summons is sent (which isn't true) I've reported them to the FBI and FTC as well a lawyer and county sheriff dept told me it was a current scam, the phone number comes back to a communications company in Maine, what joke and they keep calling and leaving the exact same vm each time.
