I ordered some boots on 12/4/2018. Order number 3654 Soft Non-Slip Boots, Blue /6. 5-7 business days to receive item.

My bank account was charged. I never received the Boots.

I have contacted them two times by internet site. It says it will be answered within 24 hours. I have never had any responce from the e-mails I have sent them.
