choose direct spas Failed to deliver Hot Tub Ordered for over 1 year San Francisco, California
*Consumer Comment: Is it worth it?
Purchased a spa on line, paid in advance, promised delivery in 6 weeks, now it has been one year, customer service makes up a new excuse whenever I reach them. Not sure they ever deliver a spa. Avoid this company. Would love to get a class action suit going. Worked with local TV station, they were no help. District attorney not interested. Small claims court??? Probably a waste of time, as they will simply never pay. Refused a refund as well. James PV, Potter Valley, CA

Is it worth it?

I'm sure you ordered the spa on line to save money but was it worth it? You still don't have it.
I would advise anyone to spend some more money and buy something this big from a local well established dealer. We got a spa that was last years model and had been on the showroom floor but had never had water in it for a huge discount. The dealer installed it, taught us how to use and maintain it and is right there if we have problems or questions.
I know this doesn't help you at all (I feel for you) but maybe it could head off someone else having the same problem.
Ordering on line always worries me because you can't look the people in the eye.
Not that you can't have problems locally but at least you know who you are dealing with.
Good luck, I'd be frustrated too!
