CHP Medical Supplies Will not send paid for medical supplies Ripoff Brooklyn New York

The company is in the medical supply field which means that the products that they sell are very much needed. I purchased a 3 wheel scooter from CHP Medical Supplies for my father on 4/06/06, as of 4/25/06 the scooter that s very much in need has not been received. Repeated emails to CHP Medical have gone unansered except for one rude reply. CHP would not even provide a tracking number for the scooter as proof of shipment. Delays of 3 weeks or longer when you purchase medical supplies is unacceptable. CHP had promised the the shipping would only take 1 to 6 buisness days. The total amount I had paid for the scooter and I am out is $500.00
