My family and I stayed in his rental property located at 511 Hartford, Huntington Beach California 92648, the last week of July 2008. Chris Wallace said if I paid the deposit, rental and cleaning fee with a check instead of a credit card, I would get a discount. Learn from my mistake, only pay with a credit card.

Half of my family refused to stay at the house because of the filthy conditions. They ended up renting rooms at a hotel. It should be rather easy for Orange county to find many health and safety violations that exist at the property.

I have not demanded any refund, simply a return of my deposit. He has told me many times that the check is in the mail. Now he will not pick up calls nor respond to e-mails. Chris Wallace is a crook. Do not trust a word he says.
