We hired Mr. Chris Thomas of Chris Thomas Electric, Inc. to do electrical wiring and obtain a permit for our home. We made a downpayment of $1265.00 upfront in good faith that he would do the work. He subsequently would not respond to calls to do the work. When we asked him to refund our downpayment so we could hire someone else to do the work, he indicated that he had spent the money. He refuses to refund our downpayment and will not respond to calls.
