Charles LaBoone of Christbilt has been keeping any and all monies paid to him for deposits or amounts paid in full for metal buildings from customers who found him on eBay and placed orders from his website at www.christbilt.com. After verbally battering customers basically daring them to try to do anything about it, he is ARRESTED on 2.2.10 on 3 felony charges of Theft by Conversion. See the above awesome video of the event aired on the Atlanta Evening News.

NEWS!! Charles had the Grand Jury in GA charge him with 6 felony counts of theft by conversion for his metal building scam.



No surprise - he didn't show for the hearing. He moved to Colorado, but showing his true colors was arrested there several times and they found he had a bench warrant out to return to GA for a extended jail visit.
