I responded to an advertisement on Facebook for a "garden stool". Cost including shipping was $24.46. That item was never delivered, instead after very long delays I received two foam pieces and two canvas pouches, not the item I ordered.
Any further contact with the company has been ignored or rebuffed. The transaction was made via PayPal, who is also unresponsive to my request for a refund. I am told by PayPal that I will receive a full refund only after I return the items to China at my own expense. I find that proposal to be unacceptable since it is Christine Bill's error not mine. My request for a prepaid mailing label to return the items has been ignored.
It is obvious that Christine Bill is running a scam and PayPal is complicit.
Lessons learned: Do not respond to ads on Facebook and Do not think that PayPal will protect your purchase.
