Christine Byer Esthetics Time Master Pro Buyer Beware Fishers, IN IN

I purchased a skin device Time Master Pro (TMP) christinebyeresthetics.c…, as part of a bundle offer of other products.
When the bundle arrived all had some kind of instruction included except for the TMP. When I contacted support because the device appeared not to be working, Sandy from support@christinebyer.com immediately voided the warranty because she said I had not used the product as instructed. She then showed me that the instructions were on the website, and I advised her that I did not receive instructions with the product she stopped responding to my emails.

I then asked to speak with the manager or owner or have their email address, again she would not respond to my emails.
I had purchased other products from this company prior and Sandy from support has completely cut me off from getting the support I need. This person operates on her own, and is punitive in her approach instead of supportive.

I have tried calling the business to speak with the owner Christine Byer but have been unable to get through. Buyer be ware, Christine Byer seems to be genuine but her staffer Sandy from support offers the worst service I have ever received. And there is no recourse to speak with the business itself.
