I found a vendor with gold status on an alibaba, agreed on the purchase of video cards. When I transferred the money I was not sent an order when promised, but said that the minimum order amount is not 5 pieces, but 16 pieces and I have to pay more.
Money was not returned to me, the goods were not sent.

I also found them in alibaba.com as supplier (seller) video cards. And I did the same, I sent money to RONALD BANASURA (this must be real person, because he recieved the money)... I have reciept of money transfer too....
The company name in alibaba.com is JOEL ABDOUL KADER GENERAL TRADING LLC...(this is approved by alibaba.. so, it must be real)
And his address in alibaba is: Office No MO3 sabkha road Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (this is also approved by alibaba, so it must be real)
Phone number which I was in contact : +971522604736
I had the same problem.... Ordered 5 pieces.. exactly same, after payment.. I got message from him "mistake, order has done 21, I must pay 1800 USD more". I refused and I wanted money back. so, of course he would not give me money back.
But I dont give up!
