Their 800# for customer service HANGS UP on you so you can't leave a message and I've left several messages for them through their "contact" system with NO response. They don't give you an email address to send complaints to directly. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered 15 strings of lights - and they all burned out in less than 6 months!

Their 800# for customer service literally hangs up on you so you can't leave a message!

I left numerous messages on their "contact us" page - with NO response!
