At 640am, 13 Jan/14, I was parked on the property of DDR, whom leases to Hobby Lobby. While waiting for store open to go shopping, Maximum Booting, 6786288702, booted my commercial vehicle. Whereas I am commercial vehicle,  I am still a valid shopping public. Therefore DDR was acting in a discriminatory fashion

Georgia code OCGA 44-1-13

AUTHOR: Craig A Bernhardt - ()

POSTED: Monday, January 13, 2014

I have recently found on the Georgia code website, Ocga 44-1-13. which clearly states that property owners are permitted to have a vehicle towed however they do not have authority to immobilize or make immovable, any vehicle on private property. Clearly Maximum Booting shouldbe aware of this ruling
