I have requested a refund from the Home Relief, LLC aka Christopher Diener for not only failure to perform but not being a legal entity while conducting business as a loan modificaion service. Christopher Diener not only threatened me with a restraining order for requesting a refund for failure to perform, but cost me my "right to rescind" on 2/21/09 of this year from a predatory lender. Home Relief, LLC was served with a Desist and Refrain filed on February 4th, 2009 before the State of CA; Dept of Real Estate.
