I never said i'll "get even"  because i already got my money back from my bank dude.  please read all attachments and emails completly.  i just wrote this report to protect others from your fraudulent services.  

Also, the sites are supposed to be forums and are made to promote all the above applications. the way you originally developed them was horrible and could be conceived as infringment or piracy.  the sites were not at all developed in the way I instructed you.  I am currently completing the sites myself.

Full documentation is attached to this rebuttal. The indvidual known as "Max Passeroff" has submitted a false information and is potentially actively engaged in trademark infringment, software license piracy, and fraud.

Mr. Passeroff contracted us to build 3 websites for him for three domains he purhcased from GoDaddy. They domains Passeroff registered were/are:

snapchatdotcom.com

instagramdotcom.com/

After the design work was completed per Passeroff's specifications, Mr. Passeroff candidly asked for our legal opinion concerning his choice of domains and potential trademark issues (see attached email). When we informed Mr. Passeroff that his choice of domains were questionable and that they presented trademark violations, Mr. Passeroff flew into a pathological fit of rage. He subsequently and summarily instigated a fraudulent PayPal dispute. PayPal examined Mr. Passeroff's claims and ruled in our favor. Passeroff's dispute was denied and thrown out by PayPal.

Not satisfed with PayPal's independent conclusion, Mr. Passeroff instigated a dispute with his bank against PayPal directly, violating PayPal's Terms of Service (Mr. Passeroff's PayPal account has been permanently suspended as a result).

Note: We have reached out to work with Mr. Passeroff before, during, and after his fraudulent PayPal dispute. Mr. Passeroff responded to our offer of assistance with profanity (see attached email) and informed us he would "get even" by submitting "reports" on various websites (like this one here).

We advise all contractors, developers, web designers, and employers to exerciise extreme caution when interacting with this individual:
