On 1/22/09 popups kept coming up on my computer saying the computer had a virus. they wouldnot stop so i thought i may have a virus and ordered what i thougut was virus protection from microsoft and charged it to my credit card. Today their is no sign of the icon on my computer.

I called an 800# and the man wanted my card# to refund the charge to, but i wouldnot give it to him. I told him i would report it to the proper people to let them know that i feel like it was a ripoff.
