Chrysler Financial after being with them through 3 Jeeps and never being late decided to start harassing me by phone when I was 2 days late, subsequent calls to the first show no previous calls made to me they erase the contact information and the actual date I told them it would be paid which would have been well within the grace period.

I would avoid doing business with them they have no regard doe the FCCRA even when you are not late. Their employees are rude. I also file a FCC complaint.
