 Repair was excellent, but the customer services was very poorly and felt racially.It was upsetting when the inspector tell you I don't know, I call you back the next day and call you back within 5 days with I don't know. You are waiting in the waiting room and they over look you wait on the customer that came in after you. Just hoping you would just disappear. Make a compliant to the upper manager and they say what do you want me to do, we have a excellent rating with BBB. Dov what you need to do. Very unprofessional from top to bottom. Never want to experience Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet again.
