Ciao Taxi RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL aliso viejo, California

First of all, why would Angelica go out of her way to make false accusation of this guy?? I'm sure she has better things to do with her life than to go online and write a false report on this guy and his company.  Maybe she also wrote false reports on yelp as well.

He actually offered ener lumanlan a room to stay in his home. ener lumanlan has been using this taxi to take him to and from airports for his business trips. I'm sure they had shared something else during those usual trips. I mean why else would you offer your passenger  to stay in your home right? One of the drivers mentioned that edison was so accommodating that he told this one particular driver, not to mess up his taxi cab if the passenger ask for s _x as payment. That driver left Ciao as he is happily married."

Diana Q wrote : "After reading all the reviews on Ciao Cab, I don't feel bad.  I experienced one of their drivers on Moulton in Laguna Niguel today driving.  If you value your life, you should not call them for a ride.  The guy that was driving was a horrible driver.  He was driving so fast it was really scarry.  Not only was he drving like he was in a race car, but he also was weaving in and out of all the trarffic on Moulton.  Very, Very unsafe driver.  I realized that they had their name and telephone number on their black mercedes SUV which was funny to me, because then I didn't have to look them up to complain.  They gave me all the information on their advertisement on the car.  I personally would never use their service just by watching the way the guy was driving.  Hope this helps everyone decide about their service along with the all the other complaints."

She asked me to send her my flight information and said she would be waiting for when I arrived curbside. She explicitly said she would track my flight. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and there was no taxi to be found. When I called Ciao, a horribly rude man answered and said he would be leaving now and wouldn't get there for 15 minutes. Ummm ... is that what waiting for you curbside means? Is that what tracking your flight means? It is a shame that the lady who drove me to the airport was so lovely and her customer service did not extend to her drivers. He had the gaul to blame me: the customer. How rude ... this is certainly not the way you want to end your a long day of traveling."

I do recollect seeing a review that got removed somehow( I think it's because there were two separate  review pages for ciao taxi and yelp just kept the page with the most reviews) where a customer stated that edison had pick them up, and told the customer that he had been drinking wine, and he was making a joke about it.  Obviously you people don't know the REAL Edison.
I don't know how you people can feel safe with this guy driving you around when he honestly gets a speeding ticket more often than he showers, true story.  He's always coming into the Renaissance for drinks, and one of the cocktail waitresses had mentioned to me that he had told her about the divorce, and insisted that she would come over his place for some wine. Obviously he puts on a front to his loyal customers and only tells them what he wants them to hear.
