On 2-16 2004 the following withdrawal was made to my account: "Withdrawal (Item #TRAN. 3) 14FEB, CIC*CREDIT MONITOR SVC CA 800-220-2626" $79.95

I never heard of this company and asked my wife if she ever requested a Credit Report. She said she did but it was a free report.

After looking into it I find that this company has fraudently taken funds from my account and I am joining the Class Action Suit brought against them.

There are far too many frauds being perpitrated over the Internet and its time to do something about it.
