On Dec 04, I found a link to Cigarrest.
The site promised to have some special products that would help you quit smoking. They offered a free trial for just $1.

I did not like the $1 so I did not complete the order.
A couple of days later a lady called me at home saying she represented Cigarrest and that I should order for just $1. I refused the offer. She called two more times. I finally gave in but I made sure she would know that i would only accept the trial offer if this was not a recurring billing.

To make sure I did not give her my Credit Card number but a check number instead. She promised I would not get charged more than $1 and that even if they wanted to charge me over that amount the company would not be able to because I was only authorizing one check.

In January i received some chewing gum in the mail and got billed a total of $3 in the spam of 4 days.
The account I used had only $400 in it. Yesterday I got a letter from my bank stating that my account was overdrawn and I owed over $400.

Cigarrest had been charging me different amounts every 2 weeks. The smallest was $39.91 and the others would be around $49.50.

Every bill was for a different amount and my bank now is trying to figure this whole thing out.

I talked to one of their customer service people. she suggested i cancel my accoutn because they will go on billing me. They have caused me to have to pay my bank all the fees for insufficient funds and they caused this at a very bad time in my life.

I want to get back to this guys even if it is the last thing i do. They are thieves and should be punished with a sanction or some sort.

Also, I am thinking about taking some of the trial gums to a lab. I bet you they are regular crap you could find anywhere.
Thank you.
