2 months ago, I ordered the Cigarrest program, under the impression it was FREE and would only be charged the shipping cost of 6.95. After I received the product, 2 weeks later, my bank account was charged 99.00. I immediatley called to ask why this had happened, and was told I was sent a 90 day supply and thats why I was charged. I quickly asked how to return the product for a refund, and was given an RMA return #. I sent it back to the company by UPS, have a tracking #, found out it was recieved and sihned by an Hines at the front desk on May 15, 2008. I have called many times, speaking with a Joseph #5916, Missy, Regan, Dwayne # 6085, Shena # 6261 (who hung up on me) and a superivsor that fianlly called me back after two weeks of calling, Brandy # 6156. I have been told my pkg was recieved and the refund was being processed, it would take 48 hours, I have been told my pkg has not been received and they would do an investigation that would take up to 7 to 10 business days, I have been told there are NO supervisors to speak too, I have been told there are NO notes of me calling on my account, and I have been told they see that I did call and they would put in another request to the shipping and accounting dept. to track my pkg.

This company is a SCAM. I have had to change my bank account for fear they will take money out again, I was charged an overdraft fee, because I did not have the funds when they took the UNAUTHORIZED 99.00, I have spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone in charge. There are No email address they will give out, No manager that will take calls, there is NO corporate office phone number, No one of importance to speak with. DO NOT GET SCAMED!!! BE AWARE!! DO NOT ORDER CIGARREST, THIS IS A DISHONEST, FRAUDULANT, SNEAKY COMPANY, WHO WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!!!
