I have been doing business with this company for several years with good experience. Last week they say they had an IT problem that has caused a shipping back-up. I paid for two day shipping and it has been a week and order has still not shipped. Their web site still says orders will ship the same day as received. This past week I received five emails advertising specials and yet they have not shipped the order I already placed.
