I also got hit by ciggarest it took almost 200.00 dollars out of my account,when I called to find out why, they gave me a address to return it to. The post office said if it goes to a return center the address is hard for the post office, she could not fix the postage to send it back. I have to get the company on the phone & find out how to get it back to them.
