On 8/16/2011, I saw advertisement on television regarding Cigirex. Ordered free sample with shipment cost of $4.95 to be paid by Debit Bankcard. More to follow each month if not cancelled.
Tried the product--decided it would not work for me, therefore, I called and cancelled and told them not to ship any more product because
1). Was suppose to be able to cancel if I did not want.
2). Told them I really could not afford.
3). Told them to not withhold any further money from my bank account.
4). Told them to ship no further product.
They supposedly agreed.
They did not ship any more Cigirex.
However, they did continue to charge my debit bankcard account.
8/6/2011 $4.95 for shipment on free sample.
8/18/2011 $59.95 but no product received. Called company and asked for reimbursement and cancelled, again.
9/7/2011 $29.95 but no product received. Tried to call company-no answer, hang up's, phone goes dead.
Bank charged $29.50 overdraft fee.
I contacted my sister to help me call and try to contact by email, etc. She has had no luck whatsoever. She found this Rip Off Report and filed it. We are still trying to resolve this problem.
If you can help me with any info to contact this company, I would appreciate it.

What you ordered was a "TRIAL" not a "SAMPLE" learn the difference. it states in the companies Terms and Conditions plainly. "Return PolicyIf, for any reason, CIGIREX is not working for you, just send the product back with a written notification within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to CIGIREX with no questions asked. Remember that there is no risk with the 30-day money back guarantee.2058 N Mills Ave. #452

You were Trolling for something for free.. here's a clue for free... NOTHING is free, there is no free lunch, and if you can't afford to buy a product out right. DO NOT order it.

Have you tried disputing the charges with your bank?
For future reference:
1) No "free trial" is ever truly free. They use the small fee for shipping to get your debit/credit card number and then automatically start charging you.
2) Never, ever use a debit card online. You have fewer protections than with a credit card.
