i just got served a summon from cingular wireless for $1266.42 few weeks ago.Tried to contact the professional collection consultant in california but no luck.I dont even know what am i being charged for because i moved and never received the bills. all i remember it went from $200 to $450 then $1000 then now $1266 plus cost . what is going on? i have a court date on november 3rd,2008. I dont know what to do and i am not going to pay them $1200 for something is not right . I contacted fox news and now seeking for lawyer help thru a friend. does anybody have any suggestion?
