cingular claims to be doing updates to there system to improve reception but meanwhile for the past three days I have missed not only important phone calls but urgent ones and 95% of my calls have been dropped ,they cannot seem to resolve this problem even after holding on there cust serv line for 1 1/2 hours to no avail!
