Cingular Wireless ripoff (FRAUD via contract and overcharges) Tampa Internet

Signed contract for Wireless plan for two phones, with Mobile to Mobile service included.

Discovered that the charges listed on the bill for the past eleven (11 MONTHs) of $4.99 for each phone, were ON TOP OF the already included phones service of $39.99 PLUS $19.99!

Per DANA POWELL (who handled my ANGER very well, thank you!) and who was permitted to apply a back dated three (3) month correction, "No, you cannot speak to a supervisor, it is in your contract, that we are not liable for refunds or mistakes past three (3) months"!

So, because of the non-itemized billing of the initial services, on each printed and each computer listed billing, I have been defrauded of $14.22 in fees, taxes, etc. PER MONTH, for 8 months, for a total of $113.76!

I DID mention that AT&T (among others) is offering the same services with two FREE NEW phones, with UNLIMITED mobile to mobile, for a total of under $55.00 PER MONTH, INCLUDING TAXES!!! My contract with Cingular is up on December 14th, 2003, and I can't wait!!!

I also NEED to persue them for those fraudulent overcharges!!!
