bait and switch

there was no refused delivery - it was clearly an attempted case of bait and switch of behalf of CircuitCity. I ordered a Sony XBR9 tv and the delivery company initially advised me the Sony tv I ordered was delivered to someone else. When I called them several weeks later to get an update they still had no idea where my tv was. After I filed a complaint against with the BBB in Florida, I suddenly received a call from the delivery company advising they wanted to deliver a "Samsung" tv. I told the woman at the delivery company, let's be clear, I didn't order a Samsung tv, I ordered a Sony tv. The only solution she offered at that point was to return the tv - clearly this was an attempt of bait and switch.

According to the trucking company your order was separated into 2 shipments. The Blue Ray Player and the Theater system were delivered first, and then they made an appointment and attempted delivery of the TV on Feb 2nd, which was refused at your delivery address.
We're sorry if the split shipment caused any inconvenience. If you'd like to also return the items you kept, please visit our website or call me directly at 800-955-1888 X 5384.
Thanks for the opportunity to serve you.
