On the receipt it tells you to go to cc.bizrate .com to do a short survey and a chance to win $10,000.00 in gift cards. When you go to this site there is no further information to get to this survey. It seems as though this is a lot of BS.

I just tried the website after reading your comment and I don't know what you're missing. You go to cc.bizrate and theres a box where you input the code on the bottom of your recipt. just do that and follow the instructions and you should be fine. There are times that the website is down, it is not run by CC, rather Bizrate and they get alot of traffic, if it dosn't load just try again later.
